Autumn in Britain Travel Tips
I am starting a new thread where we can discuss all things travel in Autumn in Britain. That's the first thing: they don't call it 'fall' - they call it Autumn. Weather is very similar to Northeast and Midwestern USA - with crisp coolness. But with it being further north and warmer from the gulf stream, leaves peak a little later - well into November. It's a great time to travel, as tourists generally tend to stay away compared to the summer. You can have more attractions to yourself.
What are some great fun fall travel activities you've done in Britain?
